Italy customers please read

It's been noticed customers in Italy will experience extremely long delays in delivery. When tracking your order you will notice your order arriving in Milan, Italy then not moving or updating for several weeks (a month or more). If you contact your local mail facility to get more information they will usually tell you they don't have your package in their database.The reason it's not in their database is because your order is sitting in Milan, Italy customs waiting to be scanned and processed, it's not lost. We're not sure why they do this but there isn't anything we can do about it at the moment. With the time it takes us to ship your order, then the time it takes to process through Milan, Italy customs, plus the time it takes for your order to get on the mail courier truck and delivered to you, it could possibly be 2 up to 3 months for you to receive your order. If 60 days have passed since your order date and you haven't received your order, please open a support ticket so we can investigate your issue further. We apologize for this inconvenience.
