If your purchases contains only items that are in stock, allow 1-2 weeks for your game to ship. You should receive a shipping confirmation within those 2 weeks.
If shipping is scheduled outside of the above time frame, it will likely be stated in the game's product page its estimated ship date. Please make sure to check the listing if you are wondering about your game!
Once your order ships your order will be fulfilled and you will receive a tracking confirmation email. If you believe there is an issue with your package we ask that you check your tracking and provide that information to your local mail facility for more information on the location of your package. If for some reason they can't assist you then open a ticket and our support will look into your issue.

For USA Domestic Customers:
With any package, we will consider it lost in transit 30 days out from the last tracking update and at that point, we can either refund or reship depending on your preference.
For International Customers:
With any package, we will consider it lost in transit 60 days out from the last tracking update and at that point, we can either refund or reship depending on your preference.
