It would be a killer feature if someone would answer tickets on the support page.

How do I delete my account?

I don’t know, but I’m about to initiate some credit card disputes if someone doesn’t get on their game around here. Limited Run customer: “Hello? Is there anyone working here?” Limited Run support: “...”

They keep me waiting since one month ago due a "high ticket volume", but this situation doesn't seem affect them when they must charge our credit cards.

well i guess then by having a ticket unanswered for 6 days now i must consider myself lucky and maybe give up on expecting any type of service any time soon...

I have had a ticket open for 3 weeks with no response about 2 games that never shipped. This is starting to becoem ridiculous
