Reward ticket question

Since the new loyalty program is in effect, what is going on with the old tickets?

Hey Ken,

  In the past you would receive a confirmation email (pre-December 2018 from team members such as Sarah or Emily). I'm uncertain if they are going to reach out and confirm tickets as it seems like extra work - but they also advised you can open a ticket and have someone check on your tix and confirm.


How can i know when they have received my tickets in the mail?

I asked this on Twitter and was told they will still accept tickets
